Meet our Caregivers
Our caregivers are the lifeblood of our agency. We can only get as good as they are. Since they are the forerunners who provide the actual services that we promise, they are the most vital part of our organization.
This is why we make sure that we never compromise on the quality of the caregivers we hire. We have a very thorough and rigid recruitment and screening process, retaining only those who are really qualified for the positions we offer.
Not only do we look at their educational background or earned certifications, we also ensure that they have enough experience and training where they were able to practically apply whatever they may have learned in their schooling. We also look at a person’s personal background and attitude before hiring him to ensure that we do not jeopardize the safety of our patients when we send our caregivers out for duty.
